Is Kezar Automotive, LLC an authorized Subaru dealer?

NO. Kezar Automotive, LLC. in not an authorized Subaru dealer and in no way affiliated with Subaru of America or Fuji Heavy Industries. Work performed at Kezar Automotive, LLC is not endorsed nor warranted by Subaru of America.

Will my manufacturer warranty be voided if I have work performed outside of the dealer network?

Having service and repair work done outside of the Subaru dealership network will not void your manufacturer warranty unless it is proven that the work performed or part installed on the vehicle resulted in failure of the warrantable item. We incorporate genuine Subaru parts into our repairs along with high quality aftermarket parts. For additional information refer to the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act

Does Kezar Automotive, LLC perform Warranty or Recall work?
Factory warranty repairs as well as factory recalls must be done at a Subaru dealer.

My check engine light is on, should I worry?

In most cases the check engine light is not going to be an emergency situation. If the light comes on, pay attention if the car runs any worse. If the car is still running well and the light is on constantly we suggest getting it in at your earliest convenience but in most cases it won’t cause any major issues or reliability problems. If the light is flashing on and off it signifies a major problem and the car should be shut off and towed in for repair. Also if the light comes on and the car runs significantly worse at the time we advise towing the vehicle in also. Neglecting to do this could cause engine or exhaust damage.

My car broke down on the after hours or on the weekend... what do I do?

First, call your preferred towing company and have them tow it to our shop. We will fit it into our schedule as quickly as possible. We have night drop box on the front of the building for your convenience or the tow truck drivers. If you are an AAA member just call the number listed on your card. Please call and leave us a voice mail at 603-798-5455 with the details of the breakdown and we will contact you.

Do you provide phone estimates?

Yes, we can give you a phone estimate, but please remember that until we see the car or listen to the car, the estimate may not be 100% accurate.

Do you have Loaner cars?

We provide free loaner cars. These cars are available to you when we perform major services on your vehicle such as 15,000 or 30,000 services. Just call us in advance to schedule your service appointment and reserve your loaner car. There is no charge for these cars - we only ask that you replace the fuel that you use during the day so that the next customer is able to use the car. Before you pick up your loaner car, please remember that you’ll need to have a current valid driver’s license and carry full insurance coverage on your car in order to use a loaner. Should you have an accident in one of our loaner cars, you and your insurance company will be responsible for any damage to the vehicle. If you prefer renting a vehicle, we can call Enterprise and they can arrange for a rental for you at a low rate.

Why come to you for oil changes, when the "quickie" oil change places are more convenient to me?

There is a huge difference in the experience we offer and the quality of the parts we use. The other guys typically less expensive motor oil and "fit-all" filters that are designed to fit not only a Subaru, but a Honda, a Toyota and who knows what else. Most "quickie" places also do not change your drain plug gasket which is designed to be only used one time. Leaving you open to the possiblity of a leak in your driveway. Your Subaru is a major investment; we recognize that and give you the best possible service and use quality parts to give your car the longest service life.

What are your payment terms?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards with the exception of Diners Club. Cash works fine and we will take your check with proper identification. (Sorry, no first-born children.) We do not have any short or long-term financing available, and payment is required when the automobile is picked up.
